Constructed from various materials, including type 304 stainless steel, Inconel®, fiberglass (Tetraglas®), silica (Tetraglas 3000®), tacky cloth (Tetraglas-T®), and ceramic, our tadpole tape gaskets provide a high-temperature thermal seal for a range of environments and temperatures. We offer standard tadpole gasket products and welcome the opportunity to develop a custom tadpole gasket around your design requirements. Our vertically integrated manufacturing and engineering capabilities allow us to design, prototype, and produce optimal gasket solutions in a minimal time frame. All of our tadpole gaskets are designed to be high-temperature thermal seals for a variety of applications, including boilers, industrial furnaces, residential fireplaces, and commercial, industrial, and laboratory ovens and dryers.
Thermoglass® high quality, woven tadpole gaskets are designed for accurate fit. They are made in a variety of widths and thicknesses and in natural white or black graphite to meet any sealing need. Commonly used in stoves, fireplace inserts, boilers, and ovens. Thermal protection for temperatures up to 1000°F (540°C).
Basalt woven tadpole gaskets are ideal for sealing oven doors, wood, gas, and coal stoves, fireplaces, boilers, and furnaces. Basalt is environmentally friendly, 100% recyclable, more durable than fiberglass, and has a higher tensile strength. Thermal protection for temperatures up to 1382°F (750°C), intermittent to 1800°F (982°C).
