Davlyn Group also manufactures cloth, tape, rope, and gaskets impregnated with PTFE suspensoid with excellent resistance to almost all solvents, caustics, and acids.
Our silicone-coated fiberglass firesleeves and tapes have become chemical industry standards with their ability to deflect a molten splash while providing constant radiant heat protection up to 500°F (260°C). Silco Shield® firesleeve with hook and loop closure provides excellent heat protection while allowing easy retrofitting of existing cables and hoses. Silco Shield® fire blankets can be used to protect larger areas from molten splash and damaging radiant heat. Davlyn Group fiberglass and silica sleeves, tapes, and ropes are also used for thermal shielding and packing around equipment where molten splash is not a primary concern.
